As members of the REST, we believe by working together we can fulfill our overall objectives of addressing issues concerning welfare by raising awareness, initiating and sponsoring various educational programs, partnering with organizations and engaging the Local, Regional, National, and International community in a conversation about issues having to do with the welfare and social productivity.
